We’re excited to share the agenda for our upcoming April meeting. We hope you’ll join us for lunch and an engaging session focused on business continuity and organizational resilience.
Also, be sure to save the date for our upcoming networking session on June 11, which will be held at a local Orange County restaurant (location to be announced). This will be a great opportunity to connect and network with others across the OC community.
AGENDA
From Plans to Performance: How Resilience Leaders Orchestrate Business Continuity, Risk, and Crisis Management Presented by Chris Orton, Senior Solutions Consultant, Motorola Solutions
This session will be delivered in two parts. First, Chip will provide an overview of modern approaches to managing business continuity and organizational resilience, highlighting key capabilities that differentiate leading solutions in this space. He will also incorporate lessons learned from more than 20 years of experience to ground the discussion in real-world application.
The second part of the session will feature a resilience-focused panel moderated by Chip. The panel will bring together practitioners to share their experiences, challenges, and perspectives on strengthening business continuity and resilience within their organizations.
Panelists will include representatives from Sony Electronics, Central California Alliance for Health, and the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation (YSMN), with Chip leading a discussion centered on practical insights and evolving strategies in business continuity.
