Future sessions will cover how to implement a security program (Part 2) and develop cyber resilience strategies (Part 3). What You’ll Learn in Part 1: To defend effectively, you must first understand what you're up against. This session will dive into the latest data and expert insights to help participants assess and contextualize today’s threats. Session Topics: 1.1 2024 Security Reports Deep dive into findings from the ISACA State of Cybersecurity, SANS Threat Landscape, and other major industry sources to understand top concerns for security leaders. 1.2 Security Trends from Industry Leaders Explore what the latest Gartner and IBM reports reveal about threat actor tactics, rising attack surfaces, and shifting organizational priorities. 1.3 The Role of Artificial Intelligence Understand how AI is reshaping both offensive and defensive cybersecurity tactics—impacting everything from phishing to automated detection. This session will help participants gain a current, data-informed understanding of the threat landscape and set the stage for building a risk-aware, adaptable cybersecurity program.
