About the Presenter:
Michelle Colosimo is the Director of Black Swan Solutions, where she heads all operations and provides strategic oversight. She consults with organizations on program development and operational execution of deliverables and oversees all aspects of product development, marketing and sales. In addition, she has more than 12 years experience responding to national and international crises, and is a regular speaker at national conferences and events for disaster management and planning.
