Business Continuity Specialist
Full-Time

The Business Continuity Specialist will help develop and implement a
business continuity and disaster recovery program for the University of
Southern California.  The successful candidate will work closely with
Fire Safety/Emergency Planning staff, who has initiated the development
of an excellent university safety/emergency management program. The
major focus of the position will be working with 100 USC departments and
schools to assist in developing and implementing programs to ensure
disaster recovery and business continuity, including planning assistance
and training.  The incumbent will also assist as needed with fire safety
and emergency management programs, and will assist in developing
reports, publications, and other documentation for the department.  The
preferred candidate must have a bachelor's degree, and broad
knowledge/experience in emergency planning/business continuity, as well
as expertise in working with large organizations & universities.
