Andrew Smith, CBCP, MBCI, MBA is a senior level Manager with 18 years diversified management experience specializing in Information Technology, IT Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning. He is the Vice President of Disaster Recovery Planning for the Americas for the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., and prior to that; he spent over 8 years as Vice President and Head of Technology Services and Disaster Recovery Planning for DEXIA, NY (European Banking Group).

Andrew is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), holds an MBA in International Finance from St. John's University and an Executive Certificate in Management & Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management. He is the founding Membership Director of the ACP NYC Metro Chapter, served 3 years as Secretary on the Executive Board and is currently serving as President of the chapter.

Lissette Giorgi, CBCP is Vice President and Risk Manager of the Treasury Management Internet Risk & Compliance team, aligned under the Information Security Officer, in Wells Fargo's Wholesale Banking Services Group division.  Among the many risk and compliance responsibilities, she manages the Treasury Management business continuity team.  Lissette pioneered a program to document product and service recovery plans that support client servicing during business disruption.  Additionally, she is the creator of the Customer Continuity Preparedness, a tool Wells Fargo provides customers that details critical recovery contact information and alternative delivery solutions of their Wells Fargo products and services. Lissette presents at various Treasury Management gatherings across the nation, teaching treasurers about continuity planning and providing recommendations and solutions to guide them towards recovering their critical treasury functions.

Lissette has been with Wells Fargo since 1989, became a member of ACP in 2009, and is the current Chapter President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
