When disastrous situations are imminent, the emergency management teams from the various divisions of TECO are poised to respond to the incident and quickly restore service to the many hundreds of thousands of customers across the Tampa Bay area. How is TECO able to mobilize their workers so quickly and how are they able to manage so many people during a time of disaster?

Join us for this month's ACP meeting as Manny O'Bryant, TECO Energy's Administrator, Strategy and Business Continuity, shows us how TECO has adapted the principles of the National Incident Management System into their crisis management and emergency response plans.
